These Terms govern your use of foreverclientgifts.com and any purchase you make. By placing an order or opting in to our messaging, you agree to these Terms.
Products & personalization
We make personalized, made-to-order engraved products. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, logos, and other details you submit. Because items are custom, we send you a free digital proof for your approval before we engrave. Once you approve the proof and we begin production, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe via Snipcart. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Proofs, production & shipping
Typical processing is 1–3 business days after proof approval, then shipping from Oklahoma, USA. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns & refunds
Because products are personalized, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as approved on your proof, contact us and we will remake it or refund you.
Your content & logos
By submitting a logo, image, or text, you represent that you own or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to use it solely to produce your order. You are responsible for ensuring your submitted content does not infringe anyone's rights.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. By providing your mobile number and opting in (by checking the SMS consent box at checkout or on one of our sign-up forms), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Naked Wood Works (Forever Client Gifts) at the number provided. Messages include order confirmations, proof-approval requests, shipping and delivery updates, review and reorder reminders, and occasional promotional offers on personalized closing gifts.

- Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
- Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in to receive text messages from us.
- Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will receive no further messages. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
- Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or email us at [email protected].
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is not required to buy anything from us.
- Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Email communications
By providing your email and opting in, you agree to receive order-related and (where consented) marketing email. You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
